Jet Creations offers 30 days warranty on manufacturer defects on parts and labor on USA domestic orders.

Warranty Return: Please contact us with your return inquiry and obtain Return Authorization Number by emailing us at: service@jetcreations.com, or calling 1-888-985-1398, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

Our customer support team may ask for pictures on defective area or return of the product to identify problem.

Delivery Shipping Portion: refundable on defective products only

FULL REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Due to nature of the Product and personal hygiene, the Product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

To complete your Return, we will require a Receipt or Proof of Purchase and a Return Authorization Number provided by us (during your inquiry for return, exchange, refund email).

Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive returned Item.

If we do not receive your return in its original condition your return will not be accepted, and refund will not be credited.

Items marked "CLEARANCE" are final sale, not eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund.

Once your return is received and Inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

 

CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Custom and Personalized Products do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.

 

ADDRESS CORRECTION, UNDELIVERABLE, AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
