Special Announcement for UV Printing on Our Inflatables

Dear Valued Customer,

We’ve recently received feedback from some customers noticing a slightly rough or grainy texture on the surface of our inflatable products.

This occurs because the UV printing ink we use contains silicate esters, an alcohol-based and water-soluble component. After the ink is fully dried, it naturally forms a fine powder-like texture on the surface. If the ink hasn’t completely dried, the surface may feel smoother, however, in such cases, the ink can more easily transfer onto clothing or fabric when in contact.

We are continuously adjusting our printing and coating process to make the surface feel smoother and reduce the grainy texture as much as possible.

Meanwhile, please avoid cleaning the product with alcohol-based solvents, as they may affect the ink adhesion and surface appearance.
