Jet Creations works with our experienced in-house design team and official partners to develop and distribute products:

·       After more than a year of focused preparation and continuous effort, the JC team has built strong capabilities in product R&D, design, and manufacturing.

·       Jet Creations consistently enhances product design, upgrades materials, and invests in advanced production equipment and processes.

·       Compared with JC products before the pandemic, both the overall appearance and structural quality have improved significantly.

·       All Jet Creations products are manufactured using RF welding technology (We don’t use any heat-sealed construction)

🔹 Material Upgrades & Options (PVC & TPU) 

Jet Creations continuously upgrades its manufacturing processes and materials to provide a safer, more reliable user experience. We offer two material options PVC and TPU to meet different performance and application needs.

 Upgraded PVC Material: PVC Material:

We use an upgraded, specially formulated PVC material with a cost increase of over 50%, offering enhanced durability and significantly improved tensile strength. In addition, the material undergoes two specialized, environmentally friendly surface treatments that effectively slow down plasticizer migration.

TPU Material (Polyether-based):

Phthalate-free. We apply two specialized environmental friendly treatments to help slow the yellowing of TPU film. TPU is selected because it is widely recognized as an environmentally friendly material, helping to reduce environmental impact and pollution.

 🔹  Clear & Transparent Order Policy

Jet Creations Workflow

Jet Creations supports market preorders (with limited in-stock availability), followed by production scheduling, final quality inspection, order fulfillment, and after-sales support & customer service.

·       We accept both preorder payments and in-stock (ready-to-ship) payments from the market and buyers.

·       After the preorder period ends, the estimated production completion time is within 2–3 months, after which products will be ready to ship.

·       Small-quantity custom orders (Custom One-Off) require full prepayment only. The estimated product completion time is within 2–3 months (Normally within 2 months and ready to ship).

·       If, after the preorder period, including small-quantity custom orders, the products cannot be ready for shipment within 6 months, Jet Creations will issue a full refund of all payments already paid by buyer.

·       To avoid shipment delay, we encourage buyers to respond promptly to shipment notifications

·       Delays caused by lack of buyer response or delayed communication are not Jet Creations’ responsibility

🔹  Shipping and Duties

-       Jet Creations currently uses FedEx as our primary international shipping carrier. Based on market demand, we may introduce additional shipping carriers in the future to provide more flexible delivery options.

-       For customers ordering multiple items, we can combine shipments whenever possible, allowing the order to qualify for 21 kg shipping rate brackets, helping reduce overall shipping costs.

-       Jet Creations serves for global customers; we are committed to honest and accurate declaration of export values. We do not engage in illegal undervaluation practices. This transparent approach helps protect our customers from potential tax audits, penalties, or issues with local customs authorities, ensuring a smooth and compliant shipping process.

-       For U.S. buyers, all shipments will first be delivered to Jet Creations warehouse, and Jet Creations will then ship the orders to customers.

 

 🔹 Prepayment & Refund Protection

• After preorder ends, production is completed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 months (typically within 2 months)
• If Jet Creations cannot prepare the products for shipment within 6 months after preorder ends due to force majeure or other factors, 100% of the buyer’s paid amount will be refunded.

  🔹 Legal Protection for Customers

Jet Creations is a U.S. registered company, regulated by U.S. commercial laws and jurisdiction

·       If Jet Creations fails to comply with the sales terms outlined above, the buyer may file a complaint with the appropriate U.S. consumer protection agencies or pursue remedies through legal channels.

·       Jet Creations reserves the right to revise or amend these sales terms at any time.

·       Jet Creations and our attorneys reserve all legal rights to take action against any false, malicious, or defamatory statements that may harm the company’s reputation.
