Order, Warranty, Return, & Exchange

Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 
If items have been purchased from Third party/ Reseller/ Distributor you must contact them about their return & refund policy. 
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days after Delivery.

The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition your return will not be accepted, and refund will not be credited. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. 
To complete your Return, we will require a Receipt or Proof of Purchase and a Return Authorization Number provided by us (during your inquiry for return, exchange, refund email). 
Always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive returned Item.
A 15% Restocking fee based on total amount paid will apply to accepted returns.
Items marked "CLEARANCE" are final sale, not eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund.
We will only replace items if there are Manufacture Defects on parts and labor. If box is damaged upon receipt you can refuse to accept package or notify us immediately at the email above with photo proof and postmaster signature stating product was damaged upon arrival.
Once your return is received and Inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS: Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account. 
We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.
ALL Products have a 30-Day manufacturers defects ONLY warranty.
Custom and Personalized Products do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.
If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
