How to Submit Artwork for Your Custom Inflatable?
You can usually get art files from your company's design department, design house or ad agency when the label or print ad for the product is created. Note: If the art is to be used as part of an inflatable product, it must be the "flat artwork", meaning that we cannot use a photograph of the three dimensional product itself. Rather the art that was used to create the products packaging would need to be sent.

If possible, supply a color correct hard copy of your final layout including call-outs for critical PMS colors. Under normal circumstances, artwork must be provided 3-4 weeks prior to inflatable shipment.

Terms and Conditions

Returns:  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call or e-mail us explaining why you want to return the item and, if the item is returnable, we will contact you with an authorization number and instructions for shipping. All returns must be freight pre-paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom manufactured items are not returnable.

Custom Items:  All orders for custom made items shall be submitted in writing. All items are made to your specifications. These items are not returnable. Contact Jet Creations if you have any questions. No credits or refunds are available on custom manufactured products.

Final Terms:  Placing an order with us constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions, and shall constitute your agreement that such terms and conditions are the sole terms and conditions of the agreement with us.

Lead Times:  Once you have received your quotation, lead times are governed by how quickly you provide your deposit and order confirmation. Delays caused by late payments or order confirmation are not the responsibility of Jet Creations.

Quotes & Prices:  All quotes are provided in writing. Prices are subject to change due to order changes or specification changes. Written quotations expire 30 calendar days from the date issued unless noted otherwise.

Payment:  No items will be shipped, or production started on custom items until a 50% deposit is received, and balance paid in full before shipment. Payment can be made by Company Check of Certified Funds, or Bank Wire Transfer. Item in stock require payment in full before shipment.

Shipping:  Shipping may be prepaid or on a clients account. Any changes in shipment delivery requirements are the responsibility of the buyer.

                If you request another shipping method, there will be an additional shipping fee.

Cancellation:  A custom order placed with Jet Creations cannot be cancelled after production has started. You are responsible for all costs for the completed item or items. Production is considered started once deposit payment has been received with order confirmation.

Warranties: There are no express warranties and no implied warranties other than manufacturers' warranties provided with the products. Generally, we offer 30 days limited warranty. Some uses may void warranty and will be indicated in writing in the quotation provided.
